jasper goodall image

i found this image on bigactive.com it has been created by a illustrator/graphic designer as part of a project to create an album cover. the designers name is jasper Goodall and i think in this design the use of the optical illusion draws attention to the piece, but also the design and shapes used within the optical illusion make the piece even more interesting. to add to this i really like the use of colour as it aids the effectiveness of grabbing peoples attention. plus the colours themselves that have been used a so varied making the design seem much busier than if there was just one or two colours.
